Joyce is absolutely the best! She cuts my hair exactly as I want and it looks amazing. She is very warm and friendly---I really enjoy our conversations. Highly recommended!

I give this place zero stars after the way Joyce left my hair after applying color and then leaving so much on my scalp after her poor attempt at shampooing and conditioning. When I got home and removed my hat it was full of dark cor stains. Then I took cotton pads and wiped several areas of my scalp and color was coming off all over my head. I had to shampoo and condition my hair all over again after paying $65 for this mess.

Joyce is a wonderful person, attentive to your needs, very skilled, and always remembers prior requests and little nuances that would seem impossible to remember when a few months have lapsed. She is thoughtful, kind and a terrific person. Feel very lucky to have found her and could not recommend more highly. Thank you Joyce!

Not only did I love my haircut, but I genuinely enjoyed our conversation. She is a special person and a joy to be around. I’ll certainly be back.

Hands down Joyce is the best hair stylist I've been to... what can I say, with her expertise and experience, she just knows what to do... I used to always get my haircut by Joyce when I lived in Oakland around 5-6 years ago... I moved from Oakland and could never find a match like Joyce... Now that I am back in Oakland, I couldn't be happier! Thank you Joyce!
