absolutely awful staff. I went in for a gel x set, and told the front desk that. After, I sat down a older women with ginger-brown hair came over and began my nails. I assumed she knew what she was doing because I had told her repeatedly and had even shown her photos. After asking her multiple times if she knew what I was asking for, she broke and started lecturing me. She would then go on to throw things on my lap, tell me why I was in the wrong (when I simply just asked her to just do my nails the way I would be PAYING for) and then continued to tell everyone around her that I was a "waster of time". I left without my half done, with white polish all over them since she was to angry/lazy to take the polish off. Overall I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Jen just did my nails, and I love them! She is amazing! Every time she does my nails, they last a very long time without breaking or chipping. I highly recommend her!

I’m new to the area & a friend recommended Jet nails. Phillip was my nail technician & he was great. I wish I had a before photo because I had ripped off all my dip powder nails a few days earlier and my nails looked actually terrible. Phillip recommended a tip with hard gel and we painted with opi big apple red. This was the first time I’ve gotten hard gel, so I’m not sure of the standard pricing. I was charged $75 for the new set. My nails look so natural and feel really well done so I think it was worth the price. I will be definitely be back!

Jet nails has been my spot for about 8+ years now, but today may be the last time. The quality of service has gone down post-COVID. I went in today to mani gel removal and a pedicure. Removal was $15 and simple pedicure is $28. A total of $43 (I didn’t even get my toes painted I changed my mind last min). When I went to the counter to pay, I realized I left my wallet in the car with my cash, so ran to the car and when I came back he already had the charge just waited for me to pay. I tipped my girl and it wasn’t until I left that I realized he charged me $53, which is $10 more than what it should’ve been and I didn’t even get my toes painted! Unsure if it was an accident or not, but I do feel like he knew he was overcharging me and was hoping I didn’t notice. Honestly didn’t bother to go b

One of the absolute best nail experiences I have ever had. The staff is friendly, their work is great and their massages are incredible. I have done everything from a regular manicure to a gel pedicure to acrylics with nail art - all perfection. Could not recommend more. Love it there.
