Beautiful clean and well stocked Blue Mercury with a great assortment of fragrance and brands. Strayed from my normal Santa Monica location as this store stocks Victoria Beckham full line. Picked up $240 worth of items, polite service and all items in stock. Yet ask for samples and got 2 packets of items to try. Santa Monica always gives the best samples and I love trying new items this way. Sadly I was a little shocked this is how a Platinum customer gets samples. Will not stray from my normal location

A friend recommended Bluemercury to me and I had never been until the Marina Del Rey location opened. Now I have been in twice and ordered online as well. I prefer going into the store though because the experience with the staff, especially Dena, has been so pleasant. The selection is big and would be overwhelming if it wasn't for how helpful and knowledgeable Dena is. She has been patient with me trying perfumes and asking about products and she always knows interesting facts about the different brands. She's also excellent at recommending products, both makeup and skincare. It's a fun store to checkout and the atmosphere is calm and upscale. I love it!

Sadie, the new store manager, and Carlo at the Westside Marina Bluemercruy store delivered nothing short of world-class service. They went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of with A+ attention, professionalism, and true white-glove treatment. The experience was astounding — sensational from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend both Sadie and Carlo! I used to go to the other store across the street, but this is now my new Marina del Rey neighborhood fragrance store.

As a loyal customer who shops here monthly, I can confidently say that the customer service I’ve received from Sadie and Carol has always been exceptional. I travel from WH to shop here. I have never felt anything but welcomed and respected during my visits. As a Black woman, it’s important for me to feel a sense of belonging, and I can assure you that both Sadie and Carol go above and beyond to create an inclusive environment for everyone. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers make Bluemercury a special place to shop. I believe in supporting local businesses and the wonderful people who contribute to making shopping enjoyable. Patience is important. Privilege does not disregard the person who was receiving service first.

I experienced great service from Sadie the manager today. First time I had been in a Bluemercury. I was in the store when another customer didn't like that my friend and I were being helped. The manager was the only person working at that moment and was accommodating everyone as they walked in. The other customer acted as if she was more important than us and the world should stop for her. I could understand if she needed to leave asap, she could have asked to be checked out but NOOOOOO, she gave me and the salesperson a nasty look. As we weren't in a rush we understood she needed to assist the other customer with checking out. The other customer then proceeded to verbally assault Sadie and then with an online review screaming the race card. Once again Sadie was great, very helpful and kno
