Sawubona Los Angeles

Sawubona was the perfect space for my video shoot for a DJ and fitness project. The rooftop provided an ideal backdrop, with vibrant views of palm trees and Venice Beach for my DJ shoot. The indoor workspace offered a warm, cozy, at-home feel that meshed well with my exercise video shoot. The ample whiteboards were also convenient for ideating during video editing. Overall, it’s an all-around space for collaborating, working, and creating. Rondale and the team provided exceptional customer service, ensuring we had all the resources needed to make the shoot a success.

Great space for hosting meetings! The location is fantastic—close to many excellent restaurants—and the rooftop is an absolute bonus. Rondale is always a pleasure to work with and is incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we have questions.

Sawubona is a phenomenal multi-use space on the westside of Los Angeles where community meets purpose. I have had the pleasure of using the space on a few occasions and each time Sawubona delivers. The staff is attentive and lovely to collaborate with. This is the spot you go to when you need a space for a company offsite, a directors retreat, or hosting an event. There are plenty of various spaces at Sawubona to use that each have its own vibe - whether it is its expansive bottom floor, the terrace that overlooks the bottom floor, or the rooftop with an ocean-view if you want to feel the Marina Del Rey-Venice vibes. Absolutely, YES! I have been at this location several times, both for hosting my own/client events and attending. Their manager is SUPER helpful in booking, answering questions, getting their spaces set up, and even got us a specific coffee brand we wanted! I have been in the rooftop office and downstairs open space. The decor is on-point and looks great in the background of virtual meetings. The Wifi works great for multiple people, we screenshare on the TVs, and it has anything else you would need for co-working, meetings, evening events, and more. You can also get catering in the space through their recs or, the whole street the building is on is ALL food spots. The beach is on the end of the street and you can get there in <5min by walking!
