Jas Nails Davenport

I recently visited this nail salon, literally just got home 15 min ago and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I requested a white French tip in a sharp square shape for my toes, but the results were disappointing. First, my nails are not square at all, despite my specific request. My nails were grown out and long enough to accommodate the shape I wanted, so there’s no excuse for this oversight. Additionally, when I got home, I noticed dirt under my big toes—which is unacceptable considering I paid for a pedicure. On top of that, the gel polish application was subpar. Some of my toes were not fully polished, with noticeable gaps on the sides where the gel didn’t reach. She only applied one coat of the base color, which might have been fine had she ensured the nail was

I’ve been to this salon many times and have usually been very happy with the results, so it’s really not like me to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn’t quite up to the usual standard. I asked at the beginning for my manicure and pedicure colors to match, and we agreed on a true red. Once my manicure started, I noticed the color looked darker than expected. I asked if it was the same as my toes and was told it wasn’t the same color but was “close.” Sadly, the colors ended up noticeably different. In addition, one of my fingers was nicked and is bleeding and a few nails are filed crooked. I know this salon can do great work — I’ve experienced it in the past — so I’m hoping this was just an off day.

This is my favorite salon in the QC. I have never been happy with getting my nails done by other salons or techs, they’ve always been done so poorly. But my first time at JAS in Davenport and they were perfect! 10/10 recommend .

I have been going to Jas Nails in Moline since they opened. Today I tried out the Davenport location, and this space is absolutely gorgeous! I have seen the Moline location go through a couple of remodels, but this is by far my favorite! Vicki, who was my very first nail tech way back when (2012-2013?) And was very happy to see a familiar face! The ladies were wonderful as always, the designs are always on point, they take their time and address any issues if any. So thankful to have two locations to pick from, and I honestly can't say one is better than the other! I will always go back to Jas for as long as I reside in the QC Metro ❤️ Thank you Vicki and May! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail shop!! they are very accommodating and nice. and they know what they’re doing when it comes to nails. I recommend if you’re in the area to check them out.
