I had a very uncomfortable and strange experience with this place — twice. My boyfriend booked an appointment for me in advance using the phone number listed on their door, and I also confirmed by text. However, when I showed up, they claimed there was no appointment and were not welcoming at all. Even after I showed proof of the booking, the interaction felt dismissive, as if they did not want to serve me. After some discussion, they offered only a shorter massage than what was originally booked. The same situation happened again on a second visit, which made it feel less like a mistake and more like a pattern. Great spa. Local. The place is clean, the music choice is nice too (different than what you would expect, but very nice). The massage is great, especially the head massage (Emily is awesome). 5/5

Very reasonable prices, but not a very thoughtful massage place - came out with a slightly sorer back than I came in! They don't ask you what you'd like to focus on at the start so they just run a standard full body routine - highly recommend giving them lots of feedback during the massage.

It is such a good experience with Amy. She is the best professional massage therapist in Oakland. She help me relax a lot. Will be back

Terrible experience. Askes them to focus on my low back and hamstrings since they're tight, and they told me to go to somebody else.
