I came here for the first time today to get my nails done for my graduation photos and it was honestly the best decision. The atmosphere of the salon is so calm and peaceful, and I was comfortable throughout the entirety of my time there. Letty, my nail artist was so efficient and meticulous in her work! She was very focused and kind, I definitely will be coming back and requesting her! She was also awesome in getting my nails to match the reference photo I had! It was such a wonderful experience! Can't wait to see what else they can do with my nails in the future!

The first time I went to this nail place I had Kim & she was wonderful. She was the sweetest! I went to get a full NEW set yesterday with a friend & my nail tech was Letty. Honestly, it was the worst service I have ever had. She told me that getting a new set was going to take too much time even though I told her twice that I wanted a new full set. Honestly, it felt like she was more worried about her time. Also, my nails look bad. None of my nails are the same shape, there’s a bubble in one of my nails, & worst of all, she cut my finger nail. Not sure if I would ever gonna back to place & I would definitely tell everyone to AVOID LETTY!!! It’s also overpriced, my set was 63$!!!

I came here because my usual nail tech in rockville was away. They left my nails super bulky and AWFUL. 75$ down the drain as i have to go back and get them done this weekend. My nails look horrible!! Do not recommend at all. I am honestly so upset that they think this nail job is even ok.

Been a loyal client since the day Inspire opened! Plenty of colors to choose from and the staff is friendly and professional. Letty is my tech; however, if she is out I happily switch a different tech. No problem. For me, Letty, is very skilled, and super funny! We have a great time during the appointment and I look forward to my next one! She is so good at what she does, I just allow her to decide on color(s)! I give the salon/Letty. “10🌟!”
