Duke consistently delivers fantastic results. He’s incredibly honest, especially when a style I’m considering wouldn’t suit me, which I truly appreciate. Our conversations are always fun, and his skill leaves me looking great every time I leave the chair. Highly recommended! Salon H2O is always clean and everyone is friendly. It’s definitely a time to relax and get to looking your best. The people who shampoo my hair give the best scalp massage.

I am new to this salon, but I am very impressed with the level of service from scheduling to the services provided. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the salon is clean and well appointed. I highly recommend Sirena at H2O. She’s a color wizard and a great stylist. I came in with photo of the color and cut I wanted and she nailed it. She was kind, focused and professional. I have long hair and hadn’t had it colored in about 1 year. It took a total of 4 hours to cut, color, wash/ dry, cut and style, and the results were absolutely fantastic. My husband and kids both complimented me the moment I walked in the door. I’ve been to stylists all over the country and she was one of the best (especially with color). It was my first time at H2O salon but it won’t be my last. The salon also had a good vibe. I booked the appointment on Tuesday and saw someone on Friday. It was the day after New Years, so it was busy. But everyone seemed friendly- the staff and clients too. I highly reco

So disappointed! Connie was my stylist and she did not do what was asked. I had to tell her 5 times which way I wanted my hair parted and finally I parted it myself after she again blowdried it wrong. I showed 3 photos all of which showed long hair below chest area. My hair was already below my chest so I just asked for added layers and bangs with trim of the bottom. I questioned during the cut the length and she said that was my shorts layer however in the end I got hair just below my shoulders and she took off over 5 inches. I even said she took off too much and she agreed but said it looks good and laughed it off. The salon was busy and loud, people walking past and bumping the stylist multiple times through the haircut I would not go back.

Excellent customer service. Gina always does beautiful work! This was my first appointment with Cindy but I was very pleased with her understanding my hair and she did a great job!
