Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Bo is the absolute best! Been going to her for years for my facials. She's never pushy with upgrades, but makes suggestions as needed. She creates a calm, relaxing environment - perfect for a “spa feel”. I trust her fully and will continue to patron this spa because of her!

I had facial done by Darlene on a couple of occasions and she did amazing job. Darlene is always friendly and polite. She was very thorough in asking me questions on skin condition and types of facial treatment that I would like to receive. She did amazing job that every single time I would leave the spa with face as smooth as baby skin. I also received Swedish massage by Helen. I was so relaxed and I felt that all knots in my back were gone after the massage. I joined the membership and look forward to the spa treatment every month.

I made the mistake of purchasing their gift card for my wife. Wife complained about how rude the front desk were, very dismissive, never asked if she preferred female or male masseuse and then made her spend 10-15 of her massage time filling out forms, and still called after she left to fill out more forms and return back. The masseuse was polite and professional, but still she was not fully comfortable as she should have been. The lady that did her facial was also very nice. The rest of the staff needs lessons in hospitality.

I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone fo a few months. The front desk staff is very friendly. Shannon does a great job and focuses on where I need the most work. I am now one of Shannon’s regular clients. I would have given this a five but I have a difficult time finding appointments that work with my schedule. I sometimes have to wait 5-6 was for an appointment. Also, I regularly add on time and would like to recommend providing some type of discount or benefit for adding on the the basic massage.

Darlene is the best. Her facial massages are great. She is very good. I always ask for her. She’s truly an asset to your organization.
