I had a haircut booked for 9 AM, walked in at exactly at 9 and was seated a few minutes after. I was told that my stylist Sandy will be with me shortly. I waited for about 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Finally around 9:25 somebody came up to me and asked me if I was waiting for somebody. I told her yes I had an appointment with Sandy at 9 AM, she told me she’ll check in and went to the back. She came back a few minutes later, telling me that Sandy had overslept and that she will be on her way soon. I was extremely irritated as I scheduled this appointment before work. I was told my appointment window would be 9am-10am, I did not have time to sit around and wait for her to come.
