Kiki was absolutely incredible—both as a person and as a highly skilled facialist. Her background in high-end salons truly shows; I could immediately feel the difference in her expertise and technique!! She went above and beyond to thoughtfully customize my facial to my specific skin needs, adding extra elements she felt would truly optimize my results. I felt so cared for throughout the entire experience. I would highly, highly recommend booking with her—without a doubt, this was the best facial I’ve ever had in my life.

Kiki is truly a gem of a human and an absolute pro at what she does. My Hydrafacial was incredible—my skin has never looked or felt better. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and makes the whole experience feel like the best kind of self-care. I can’t recommend her enough.

I tried to reached this place via phone no one answered. I texted the number and got a fast response back and set up my appointment for a facial. I was told that the owner is between Chicago & Boston and appointments were limited to weekends only. This place was super cute, super clean and smelled sooo amazing. the music choice of smooth jazz was a plus! KIKI was so nice and explained every single step of the facial treatment to me which put me at ease.. I didnt purchase a Groupon I actually paid full price and it was DEFINITELY worth it! I scheduled my next facial I will be coming back ..

I purchased a Groupon for a facial and was excited to try out this business in my new neighborhood as I am in the market for a new facialist. Over multiple weeks I tried to book online 3x unsuccessfully. There are a limited number of slots available on the website booking page, and yet each time they did not work for the business owner. The first time she called me to ask if I could switch dates and times, that’s when I notified her I had a Groupon. The 2nd time my appointment request was ignored. And the 3rd time I requested an appointment days in advance and it was denied only hours before the appointment time. I contacted Groupon and explained the situation. They refunded me. I don’t recommend this business, certainly not if you plan on using a Groupon.

I have also purchased a Groupon for a facial.. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased.. I have been calling this establishment twice a day trying to book the appointment with no answer.. I am also working with Groupon for a refund..
