Inconsistent quality depending on which therapist you get. Some are professional and skilled, others take a less evidence-based and more of a holistic approach. For $125 plus tip, I expect reliable results every time. I wouldn’t recommend unless you ask questions about the therapist approach or have an specific name in mind. —- In response to the owner’s message: yes, of course I am sure. First time at this location and it definitely didn’t disappoint!! Thalea was super friendly and made my deep tissue massage session unforgettable! I couldn’t have felt any better afterwards. I was here two days ago and I still feel great……… Would definitely recommend!!

My massage experience was very good. The company's management was abysmal. I signed up for a 12-month subscription and provided my credit card information to the company. During the contract period, I had a hip replacement and was unable to use all of my monthly services. I made my payments each month despite having many unused. I had a contract and I honored it. As the 12-month contract was coming to an end, I contacted the company by phone and email to let them know I was not renewing. I asked if my unused sessions could be used after the expiration date. I never received an answer by phone or email. The day after my contract expired, they billed me again. I called, left messages, and sent emails. No response. That was September 1st. October 1st and November 1st, they continued

I have been a VIP member for massages for some years. I have settled in to Media location with a very skilled therapist. Thalea is professional, very knowledgeable about the body, releasing tension and tight muscles causing pain. I have seen pain reduction, improved mobility with a recent issue. I have great respect for good works by Thalea; will continue with office visits which are reasonably priced, can be adjusted depending on need.

Jeff is great. He tunes into to what I need and adjusts accordingly. I always feel fantastic after my sessions with him.
