Haynes Management

Speaking from my experience and being in and out of their buildings constantly anytime, there’s a plumbing problem. They respond promptly and spend whatever it takes to get it done correctly which most Management companies do not do.

I rented an office space from Haynes Management for almost 8 years. We paid our rent monthly, never missing or being late with a payment, even through Covid. We only made requests when the heat or AC would go out (which happened often due to the dated systems) or the plumbing leaked. 60 days before our lease ended we were told that we would not be offered a new lease and our space was rented to someone else. No opportunity for discussion. Just be out by the end of February. Very dissapointing. That sums up my experience with Haynes Management.

Was excited about one of their properties but the woman I spoke with was short and made me feel like I was wasting her time asking questions. Really a bummer.

Buildings are dated and in disrepair. We constantly complain that it is either 62 degrees or 76 degrees in the office and nothing gets done. Parking lot is all frost heaves and pot holes. Building interior is highly dated and worn. Properties are not ADA accessible. Electrical problems are constant to the point that we had to purchase a back up server for the office because electronic devices often short out, even with surge protection. Bathroom fixtures often back up or stop working (gross) and fire alarms go off regularly. Management is unresponsive to tenant complaints.

Great Service - I am sorry that your place page is being flooded by liable remarks. I hope you sue each individual for trying to defame your business. All the "reviewers" need an expensive lesson in not spreading defamatory rumors.
