Today was my first time at this salon and it was absolutely exceptional. Everyone is welcoming upon arrival. You can tell the owners and staff emphasize on hospitality, from the snack tray and hot cocoa to the hot towel for the shampoo chair, everything is designed with comfort in mind. Apart from the exemplary accommodations, I had the best stylist named Charlie who made the entire appointment enjoyable. She is very personable, and made the appointment feel so relaxing and fun. Casey was amazing! She made me feel and look so beautiful! When I come back it will definitely be with her!🧡 also loved how she explained everything she was doing and what each product did to my hair! The copper color is what I had originally and she got me back to my exact color of my roots, which is exactly what I wanted!😁👍

Terrible, went in to get my hair dye for prom and just wanted a fun experience. She left my hair with bleach spots with red/orange tones, and I still had black hair. I wanted brown hair again (my natural hair color) and she didn’t do it justice. I’m only complaining because paid $180 for bleach spots. I showed her a reference picture and she said it look good and she could do it. I left without saying anything because I was honestly just upset with the end result. It’s not what i wanted at all and end up spending more money trying to fix it myself. I will include my reference picture as well as how my hair was as soon as I got in the car/at home. This was a while ago I’m just still upset with how my hair ended up looking.

Jordan was amazing! I brought in 2 pictures with vague explanations of what I wanted, didn't know if I liked cool or warm tones, yet she gave me what I wanted and beyond. Beautiful color I never imagined I could have, and a long cut so gorgeous, I still had long hair but now it's runway style bounce and flow yet also so natural looking and girl next door look too. I am a client for life with her. My husband says I look 10 years younger.

I have been hesitant to post this since 2023 but my hair has finally recovered after so long. I went into the salon with box dye on my hair which I told the stylist all of my hair history. I wanted it lighter but knew that was a long process that I have been through before. It took hours for foils to be put it which is fine however they were left on for hours! Finally came time to wash out my hair and all the girls came swarming to my bowl because my hair had been fried off. All that was told to me was “some of your hair has been compromised”. The front pieces of my hair were fried off with 1 inch left to them. The rest of my hair was damaged as you can see in the picture. I was STILL charged $500 for this service when I left with my hair breaking off. No discount or anything. After so man
