Hartsdale Nails

They are very kind and respectful, but I was still dissatisfied of the end result. I Went to them for a manicure and pedicure on Friday 2/6. Noticed on Sunday my left pointy finger was peeling off., and my right thumb had weird black marks on it. I return to them that Monday. They fit me in at noon no problem. Had a good conversation as she redid my nails. But noticed she was being minimal with her products. Instead of removing the entire nail and start from scratch, she stripped off, just the first layer and partly repaired what was missing. My pointy finger turned out fine but my thumb now came out matte instead of glossy as the rest of my nails. and the next day the very area “she only” l focused on is peeling right off, please see photo attached. I live in the neighborhood and I finally decided to try this nail salon after my mom had a pleasant experience. I went in for a gel removal and regular manicure. No appointment was required. Quinn took care of me. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that I received. I will definitely be back. I would recommend paying in cash if possible to avoid an extra fee on your credit card.

Tiny little place but does great job. I mean my nails were chipping off due to a bad gel extension removal (from another place) but here I was really happy with the service provided. I wanted to get extensions again so my nails are protected and does not chip off but they suggested I don't but let them file my nails and keep it short with only gel polish, wait for a week and then come back so my nails are strong back again.

Had fun treating ourselves to manicures and pedicures.

Worst service. No English spoken and no care to try. The girl would not listen to my request to not cut cuticles too much. And then when I asked to switch color she wouldn't listen. I'll never go back.
