Unfortunately the quality of this location has dropped dramatically. Disorganized aisles and products everywhere including the floor. Unresponsive employees, waited over 25 minutes to be helped, just for it to be a manager basically encouraging me to leave the location. Gladly 😂

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I visited this beauty supply store recently and asked about a pack of hair that was out of my budget. Instead of helping me find a more affordable option, the employee laughed and called me broke. That type of behavior is unacceptable and humiliating. A store that serves the community should treat every customer with basic respect — regardless of how much they’re spending. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects dignity and customer service. Do better.

We shouldn’t support this business anymore. I go to this specific store once in a blue and every.single.time I’m in the store the owner is picking arguments with customers. He should really pack up his disgusting attitude and go elsewhere.

I'm not sure if the guy who's always behind the counter is the owner, but he is very rude and obnoxious. They close the store whenever they want, not following the opening and closing hours. The guy is pretty disrespectful and it seems as if he doesn't care about his customers. I will NO longer spend my hard earned money here. I am a respectful person who wants the same respect as a loyal customer. They will not see another dime from me!!! Ijs

WORSTTTT BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE I'VE BEEN TO. There is not space everyone is on top of each other to get around the store. It's so unorganized I shouldn't have to ask and wait for instruction on where everything is. To put the icing on the cake they tried to sell me the most expensive things in the store since I had to ask where everything was and I specifically asked for the least most expensive of certain products and they tried to force me to get the most expensive cause the product was "good". I had to say multiple times I just need the cheapest blow dryer and curling iron IDC what's good I need these tools in this price range and with everything they have in the store there was no reason they didn't have more options for certain items.
