Hair Today/ Barbershop

Kathy doesn’t have any consideration for other people’s time. Out of the five appointments we had, she was late for four of them. She called and moved my appointment to 15 mins later because she was running behind which I appreciated. I got there a little before the appointment and she was 10 minutes late. And suggesting to move my appointment to later when I was already at the salon because she might be late for her next appointment was inexcusable! Her excuse? She wanted enough time to cut my hair coz she thought it was a simple cut. It doesn’t work that way Kathy! You need to be prepared to what kind of service your customers want. Don’t blame it on us if you’re not ready! You just wasted my time! Don’t suggest to change the appointment if your customer is already there. Th

I went here to do my hair cut kate was doing my hair cut i ask for layers and i show her the photo that i wanted she did it wrong she told me shes gonna cut it nit too short but she end up of cutting very short she charged me 75 but i gave her $60 im very disappointed because she act like she knows what she doing. Btw she cut my hair while i am standing which is very wrong. Horrible experience not coming back from this salon
