I had a wonderful experience at Beautique Beauty Bar! The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, The owner Diane , was so welcoming and made sure every customer feel special. They have a fantastic selection of beauty products and services, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. I’d like to share feedback on a recent experience with Shanelle, our stylist for over four years. We’ve always appreciated her work and had no issue with gradual price increases — my haircut is now usually around $80, and my son for his shoulder length hair since age 16 has been going to Shanelle and is charged $45–$50. At his last visit, however, my son was unexpectedly charged $65. No prior notice was given, and the website still lists men’s cuts at $50. Since my son thought Shanelle was my 'friend', he did not make any fuss at the time of payment. When I called to clarify, the conversation with the salon owner quickly became argumentative rather than helpful - an issue I've noticed before. Very clean, covid-conscious, friendly, bright store and Salon. Reasonably priced, fantastic stylists, interesting products on her shelves too. She has great sales as well. I love this salon.
