Extremely disappointed. I came in with a very clear reference photo and paid extra for chrome powder to achieve that specific look. What I received was completely different and very poorly executed. The nail structure is extremely thick underneath, uneven, bulky and not delicate at all. The shape was visibly crooked, to the point that I had to spend over an hour at home filing my nails myself after the appointment just to make them wearable. The chrome powder did not apply properly (it barely shows), and instead of fixing it, it was left as is. The heart designs were rough, sloppy and far from the delicate look shown in the reference. I came in for a Russian manicure and pedicure with gel polish, and everything from start to finish was perfection. The attention to detail from both nail techs (Evgenia and Anastasia) was next-level. They took their time, made me feel so relaxed, and I never once felt rushed. They even brought out delicious coffee and adorable chocolates at the beginning of the service, which was such a thoughtful touch.
