Hair Cuttery Color & Haircuts - Mount Prospect

I got my hair cut by Reyna and she was wonderful. I felt so comfortable. She was friendly and did an amazing job cutting and blow drying my hair. I will definitely be back for some color.

I came in because I had just gotten a haircut elsewhere, and the barber did not render a good cut. He had used a tool called ‘thinning shears’, which I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. It may depend on hair types, but they make my hair look terrible. I was really mad he didn’t ask as I had personal knowledge about thinning shears and would have told him NO WAY! Anyhoo, I came to this Hair Cuttery seeking a fix. Whomever helped me when I called set my up with a Master Stylist that they thought could rectify the damage done. I believe her name was Gyssenia (I’m so sorry if I’m mis-spelling her name!). She was very understanding of why I wasn’t happy with my look and she did an outstanding job of slowly re-shaping my hair! I thought it may be unsolvable but it looks great now. I’m extremely grateful.

Lizzie continues to be my go-to hair stylist. She’s someone who makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and looking your best after every visit. The team here is beyond exceptional. A lot of them remember me and are absolutely wonderful to talk to. The service is of utmost quality & there is a reason I’ve been here for over 5+ years and will be around for many more.
