First time client and we fell in love! Tommy did my sons cut & perm. We came in as a walk in at 5:30 pm and were treated as if we’ve been going there for years! We were greeted and checked on often. Taylor never fails when it comes to doing her job!! I leave her suite absolutely loving the results every time. She makes it feel so welcoming and comfortable which makes the experience even better!! Previously I had taken my daughter to another place Melanie's Hair Expressions to color her hair And she did a horrible job and damaged my daughter hair. I found this place and I loved it. They corrected what the other person did, they made a very nice cut and my daughter loved it. All of them are respectful, friendly and do a magnificent job doing more than you ask for. During that time they made sure to explain the process and always check in my daughter, relaxing shampoo, a great cut they also gave her a treatment and it really helped her hair. Always polite and welcoming. More importantly they're really good at what they do. Been going here for about a year and we've never had a bad cut. We walk in and they always take us. Id like to keep it that way but they deserve way more customers.
