I went in just now to have Karen fix my hair and she put on bleach foils and didn’t even look at them before she had the assistant washed them off. She then toned my hair, but it was the wrong color so then she toned it again and charged me $210. My hair looks worse than ever and it’s beyond damaged. She kept telling me how great it looks - my hair now looks worse than ever and is beyond damaged. I would absolutely never go to this salon again. They charge a fortune and they could care less about the work that they do.

I went for a blowout on Saturday with some girlfriends for a 40th birthday and asked for a blow dry with loose curls. The experience overall was great, but when my stylist showed me the finished look, I asked if the curls could be a bit tighter so they’d last through the night. I was told that curling isn’t typically included in a blowout and that our time was up, though she kindly stayed to curl a few more pieces for me. At checkout, I was surprised to see an additional $30 charge on top of the $75 (including tip). I’ve had many blowouts before, and curling has always been part of the service, so just a heads up—if you book here, curling is considered an add-on. $105 felt quite steep for what it was.

Melissa is amazing and does the best blowouts! I have very difficult, thick hair and she gets it so clean, smooth, and perfect every time. I love that they have early morning appointments so I can go before work.

Dona is excellent. Listens to clients, and does magnificent work. She is skilled and treats her work and you and your hair in a very professional manner.m

I had my first experience with Grettacole this morning and I absolutely loved it! First I felt safe. They measure your temperature, the salon is super clean and not crowded. They manage really well all the clients. Melissa made my hair wonderfully! Even if was my first time she immediately understood what I was looking for! Highly recommend!
