Seriouly the hairdresser here Carmen is really not skilled in cutting hair . I asked for my hair to be layered and a razor to be used in the front so that the layers will be more defined in the front . She practically butchered my entire cut with a razor, no triming split ends or layereying the cut with a sissor. and constantly a maintained that the razor creats better layers than a sissor. She took 15 minutes to do this and that cut looks unprofffessinal and so sloppy. beware will not be using this saloon again.

Ive been to Andre 4 times now, and love his razor cut on my fine hair. Andre always has a smile and takes his time to give me the best cut ever. Highly recommend.

Their website says that they close at 6:00. So I arrived this afternoon at 5:18 only to be told that they didn't have time to cut my hair because they were closing. When I asked why because it was still so early I was told that they still had to clean up before they closed. The person I talked to could not have been less interested or sympathetic and said just come back tomorrow. Needless to say I will never be back there again to which she responded okay no problem. It's always hit or miss at this place anyway and the quality of their haircuts vary between passable and simply horrible. Avoid at all costs

Here's why my visit was so outstanding: First, I got right in after only an eight-minute wait, which was great. The shop's temperature was well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean and neat, and the entire staff was top-notch in professionalism and friendliness. My hair was shampooed by Vanessa, who provided a top-quality scalp massage. Finally, Vanessa cut my hair with a high-and-tight fade, and her work was nothing short of brilliant. I'll be back for sure.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Great Clips location. My mother, who is disabled, was treated with clear disrespect by the staff. Not only were they extremely rude to her, but they also took other customers ahead of her—even though she had checked in and was waiting patiently. The staff’s attitude felt discriminatory and dismissive, and their behavior came off as racially biased. It was heartbreaking to see my mother treated this way, especially when she did nothing wrong. As someone who values kindness and professionalism, this experience was unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated like this—especially not someone with a disability.
