I stopped in today to look for Orly nail polish not realizing that this store caters to licensed beauticians only. My navigation served it up as a nearby beauty supply store. The two sales ladies here were amazing! Even though they didn't carry Orly brand nail polish, they went online and searched for stores in this area that sold Orly nail polish. They were just super cool and genuinely wanted to make me happy even though they knew I wouldn't be able to do business with them (I'm not licensed). So refreshing to have wonderful customer service these days!

The customer service I witnessed today was unacceptable. I was having my hair done and my stylist needed more color to achieve my desired result, and instead of being understanding and helpful the saleswoman at salon centric refused to sell product to her despite being shown the credentials necessary to shop here. I felt so bad for the way she spoke to my stylist and how she threaten to ban her account I ended up settling for the color she could provide. It was heartbreaking to witness and should be addressed, I understand policies and protocols being followed but there are kinder ways to approach your customers. The La Quinta location would never treat customers like this!

Megan has always gone above and beyond for us and our school. We appreciate her so much and also all the other staff here at this store. This is always our go to store for all of out school and personal needs. Thank you guys!

I had a client and we ran out of color I sent my husband in my place to pick up what I needed with MY card but he was refused because he couldn’t use my account. I understand unlicensed professionals can’t shop there but he wasn’t “shopping” he was grabbing what I asked I was literally MIDSERVICE and couldn’t leave my client she was at the bowl and everything. I FaceTimed her showed her my ID and I explained to her my situation but she didn’t care and rudely threatened to ban my account, is that the way you treat your customers in a time in need? Cosmoprof and the salon centric in La Quinta would never treat their loyal customers like that, NEVER GOING BACK and I’m telling all my salon friends about this, do not go to that location!

Thank you ladies so much for correcting and overnighting my missing products from my online order, you're a life saver! (Well, appointment saver!) I think I'd rather just make the 1.5hr drive to you guys every weekend vs ordering online anymore! Love the attention to detail with the tape on the top so it doesnt...explode all over your order 🤣 thanks again!
