I have been gong for o this amazing salon for about six months and the customer service is excellent. they get me in all the time the day and time I want. Megan and her team are great . Megan always takes her time with me and whatever color I ask she makes it happen . Her design are great and the work is long lasting .i recommend them 100 percent

Very disappointed, I always come here and tip them very good and for them to be rude because it didn't come out nothing like the picture I asked for. And I waited for the final result and it still looked basic. And the older man that did my pedicure was rushing and made me bleed. I left without tipping. And just lost a loyal customer. I rather drive all the way to indio to get better service and better quality nails. You be the judge, does this look anything like the Pic???? All I Wanted was a simple bow tie French!!!!

Are These Really My Same Feet?!!! I walked into Orchid Nail Spa with the scariest feet known to mankind. Truly ferocious. Enter Jimmy, who I now lovingly refer to as the Callous King 👑—because this man worked actual magic. Jimmy is NO joke. He completely transformed my feet, and somehow did it with the perfect amount of pressure. I love smooth feet, but pain is a hard no for me—and he nailed it. Totally painless, totally effective, and honestly impressive. My feet went from horror movie to satin-sheet-safe. I also requested a foot/leg massage and WOW. When I say that man can rub… I mean it. BEST OF THE DESERT. If you need any kind of nap services this is where you should come. I have to say I am the PICKIEST and super type A. I moved here 3 months ago and have had horrible luck- tried 5 different salons before coming here and now I’m done. They were so meticulous and attentive, my nails came out fabulous. Vinnie was amazing and took such good care of me and took so much time to make sure I was happy. More than that, the nails have lasted a good three weeks so far! This will be the only place I go from now on and I suggest you come here as well.

I've been going to Orchid Nail Bar & Salon for nearly a year-and-a-half. It's difficult to find a Salon in the valley you want to stay with. This nail salon is impeccably clean, decorated well, does not smell of chemicals and there is always beautiful music playing. Megan does the most beautiful job, is incredibly accommodating, and communicates with every client to ensure satisfaction. I've never walked away disappointed, and I appreciate not only the service I receive but the service I observe being provided to every one of the clients in the salon. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits with Megan and the chats that we have.
