Great Clips

I have received excellent haircuts and appreciate the time the stylists spend listening to how I want my hair to look. Outstanding experience with Dawn and have seen Kaleen many times in the past. My son has also had great cuts with Kiersten. So convenient to check in remotely. Convenient hours.

I have had the same stylist the past two time and she does an excellent job. Hair cut and a beard clip. Takes the time to give just what you want. Will continue going to great clips in Grayslake, IL.

I had taken my middle schooler here a few times and it was ok. Today it was terrible. The cut was uneven and choppy and much shorter than he asked for. I paid for it before really looking at his hair, which was a mistake, because they couldn’t refund me. The woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and offered to fix it herself, but he didnt trust her and I don’t blame him. I took him elsewhere to get it fixed. So 2 stars because not every time we went was this bad, and I appreciate how polite the staff I spoke to was. We’re definitely not coming back though.

I had a great cut without waiting too long for a stylist. After one week, my haircut is falling into place nicely. Great price, too.

Kaleen is amazing!!!! No I am not her family member or friend. I was born and raised in Chicago so a bald fade with a good blend and lineup is KEY!!! my expectations going to great clips has never been really high...tbh had bad experiences at other locations.upon first arrival I can see the place is very professional. Someone immediately helped me and were very polite even though they have to work on Christmas eve. Kaleen is amazing!!! Paid attention to what I asked for and is truly skilled with clippers and scissors. Great conversation to boot!!! Very polite and funny. GUYS DONT BE AFRAID ASK FOR KALEEN!!! DEF COMING BACK TO SEE HER AGAIN!! BRAVO!! GIVE HER A RAISE GREAT CLIPS!
