THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Teneia is so patient and attentive. The atmosphere very pleasant and inviting. Me and my husband went in for a 40 minute massage and a mini facial -back to back appointment (my husband received the enzyme add on treatment for his facial and he LOVES the results). It really made his skin tight and renewed! Before she began Our massage, she told us exactly what she was going to do and asked if we had any questions. Our massage experience was sooo relaxing. Teneia took her time and checked on us to see how we are doing and if more pressure was need or not. During our mini facial she explained the best skin care routine and how to maintain our skin at home "when we come to her it's only taking care of ourselves 10% but the 90% is what we do outside of her care!" I saw Teniea for a lymphatic massage. I really enjoyed the experience as Teniea was very professional and thorough. She explained the procedure beforehand and is very knowledgeable about how the lymphatic system works, so I learned some things too! I’m looking forward to seeing her again for another session. So glad my husband got me a Self Care Sunday spa treatment for our 1st year anniversary. Teneia was amazing. I felt like 5 hours was going be too long but the time flew by. It started with a massage that was perfectly tailored to my needs, I appreciated that she asked me where I would like the focus during the massage and she focused on all my trouble areas - even some spots I didn’t know need a little extra attention. We then moved on to the body scrub and wrap which was amazing - the wrap was a heated table sauna that warmed up to the perfect temp to infuse the oils into my skin leaving my skin soft and smooth.
