I have been with Crystal for over a year now. I have no complaints about her work! She does a great job every time! The suite is always clean. She never makes me feel rushed. Her personality is always welcoming. I can say I am grateful for Crystal!

I had my very first appointment with Crystal and she was amazing! I was nervous since it was my first time, but Crystal was super nice and she made sure I was comfortable. She also did a great job with my wax! I would highly recommend going to Crystal!

I’ve been getting waxed for over 4 years, and after moving, I really struggled to find a new place that compared to the experience I was used to. I tried a local chain for a while, but it was so painful that I started dreading something that used to feel like a self-care luxury. I recently found Smooth Society, and I’m so glad I did. I love supporting a small business, and the vibes here are amazing. I’m always anxious about trying a new waxer, but they immediately put me at ease. The service is incredibly effective, the pain is minimal, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I see Crystal, and she is the best! She takes her time to make sure every single hair is gone, which I really appreciate. 10/10 experience. This is officially my new go-to waxing spot!

Best experience possible! As someone who has had long and painful waxing experiences with places like European Wax Center, I decided to go small business and couldn’t be happier choosing this one. I am not a consistent waxer, but want to be, and my first wax with Danae was much less painful than I thought possible for me. Danae made the experience very quick, tolerable, and comfortable. For me to have a Brazilian done in less than 30 minutes and NOT come out shaking was just so shocking, she exceeded my expectations! Be sure to read the website’s instructions to entering the building which was easy but good to know ahead. I’m so excited to see how my waxing journey goes and I am actually looking forward to it, thank you so much Danae! You’re out here working magic with that wax!!

Dana did a great job during my service. During the full leg service she provided comfort and great attention to detail! The suit is very clean and love the ambience with the lighting in the suite. Their products made my legs feel so supple, and I had no issues with redness or discomfort! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!🩷
