They are definitely extremely friendly and kind here that is for sure! So this review is definitely not about their customer service. I booked my wife a pedicure here as I saw the good reviews. My fault for not digging deeper but I thought a pedicure was standard across the board. My wife stated they didn’t even have a pedicure station or massaging chair. She arrived and was given a kitchen type chair to sit on which was extremely uncomfortable. It is also very cramped in there as well. She said think of getting a pedicure in someone’s kitchen. The girl doing it she said was very nice but there was no room and she literally sat on the floor. There wasn’t much attention paid to the calf’s like you would get with a typical pedicure. These ladies are so sweet. Rachel is meticulous and the attention to detail on my nails is so appreciated. They even mailed me a thank you card after my first visit. Small business feel, they are so nice and love to chat with you. Prices are so reasonable and everyone is so talented especially with nail art. I love my visits here

Bernie, the owner, has been doing nails for at least 40yrs. She can hand paint amazing detailing on her client's nail, hands or toes! You couldn't ask for a more helpful and talented staff!
