Came in to get my baby's first hair cut - Jonetta did an amazing job, not only with the haircut but interacting and keeping the baby calm and happy throughout. She went above and beyond what we were expecting, very happy with her service!
Jonetta is amazing! She’s incredibly kind, listens, and somehow gets it right every single time. You can tell she’s thoughtful about her work and genuinely cares about how you feel walking out of the salon. I always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend!
$10 to shampoo my daughter's hair, THEN $20 to cut, THEN ANOTHER $20 for a simple blow dry. No styling. No complicated cut. When I heard this from my wife, I was stunned. Absolutely absurd. The woman who cut the hair was great, I heard, but seriously? NEVER going back there for ANY of us. Know the absurd prices BEFORE you sit in those seats. It's Great Clips, for crying out loud!
Walked in and wanted a simple wash and blow dry, older lady looked at my 3c hair -turned to her coworker - and said “I cant do that”, had the woman stop on the customer she was in the middle of doing and switched out. I do not know how you can work at somewhere that handles hair if you cant do the basics to any hair type.
Kellie always does a great job! I call ahead to make sure she is working! Enjoy our conversations! Love the coupons!
