I asked for dark purple highlights and tips, something I could easily do at home but I wanted to support the local business. I even had a reference picture that very clearly showed what I wanted. I specifically told my stylist not to use any bleach because of the way it reacts with my hair. She ended up bleaching ALL MY HAIR (up to the roots!) and dying it cherry red instead of dark purple. I also asked her to trim my split ends (I told her two inches); she only cut HALF AN INCH and charged me an extra $20 for the “hair cut.” Overall I paid a whopping $140 for something I didn’t want and easily could’ve done at home for $15. I have been following my hair dresser in her move through salons for 10+ years and she now cuts here. I come in every 5 months either for a trim, deep conditioning treatment or a change of hair color. My hair has never felt & looked better! ( mind you I once bleached it and it turned to hay) If you’re in the area come in, and ask for Bertha she will take care of you!

DO NOT LET MARIA TOUCH YOUR HAIR! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I walked into this salon expecting a simple trim, just a little off the top, but Maria completely butchered my hair. I specifically told her a bit off the top, and before I knew it, she was CHOPPING away like she was in some kind of competition to ruin my day. It was like she blacked out and just kept cutting. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she then grabbed a brush and started aggressively trying to make my hair “waivy” like that was somehow going to fix the disaster she just created. I told her to stop. I told her MULTIPLE times. And she just KEPT GOING like she knew better than me about what I wanted for my own hair. I left that salon looking like I lost a bet. If you care about

Definitely the BEST haircut I've ever had. Straight razor shaves, and a stylist who takes his time to make sure not a hair is out of place! Very important to a man like me, who is concerned about my thinning hair. Great services!
