Four Season Nails

I went to get my nails done yesterday November 22, 2025. I came with an ombré powder full set and I needed a fill in, the nail tech completely butchered my nails. The application of the acrylic was way too thin and watery to the point where the acrylic started spilling over, so some of my nails are thicker and longer than others. She put no chip polish over my powder set and she barely let them dry in between polish applications. The nails have noticeable air bubbles and the polish is chipping off and it’s been less than 24 hours. When I was clearly upset about the nail application, she attempted to fix it but only because Tony instructed her to do so. My first experience was wonderful. I was a last minute walk in with a wedding to attend in 4 hours and a broken toe nail and the lady did magic. This second time, the lady didn't even try, I didn't ask for anything crazy just French tip with a little silver line underneath and the lines were in squiggles. And my 5 year old daughter got no chip that was poorly done. I would understand if she was moving around but she sat still the entire time. Even they were surprised and it started came off in less than a week. When I went back to get it looked at redone 6 days later, they offered it for free which was fine but they never asked what I wanted for her which was a complete color change and when they did "redo" her nails, it's not even the same color and now two nails look new while the others

me and my husband came here for a spa day and loved this place. The people are so friendly and welcoming, and my nails and toes turned out amazing. Very high quality and long lasting. We both had a very wonderful and relaxing experience here. The massage from the pedicure chairs felt relaxing as well. Will definitely be coming back.
