20 yrs of Devon keeping me looking fly, and then this is the last haircut he gave me, which frankly is nothing less than horrific. I was supposed to get my regular ends-trimming, but for some reason Devon decided to give me this haircut (pls see 1st photo in yellow t-shirt). Of course had I known he was cutting my hair like this, I would’ve said something. I trusted Devon, because as previously stated, he’d never done anything like this to my hair in 20 yrs. Not much to say, as the pic says it all. Pls be clear, this is NOT what I asked for. When questioned, Devon told me it was in fact even (yes, if you lift up a longer hair from the bottom and pull out a shorter hair from the crown 😳). Devon also told me that’s just how my hair grew 🤷🏽‍♀️. I suspect it’s simply a matter of Devon’s heart

This review is solely for Angela and not the salon. My daughter went in with a very specific hair color in mind and shared several pictures with Angela and 11 hours and $680 later she walked out of the salon with a totally different look. We tried to have her correct her color and she absolutely refused to without charging more money. During my last attempt to work something out with her on a phone call, she yelled at my daughter and blamed her for not achieving the color she wanted. Most professionals that are proud of their work would have tried to at least fix it.
