horrible nails. great customer service, but just terrible nails. red stuff would not come off and they took off like half of my nail on the sides. definitely gave me contact dermatitis and ingrown nails. i also got my toes done those were ok, they were very rough and my skin is raw around my finger nails and toes. very disappointing for 60 dollar finger nails.

They did an excellent job with my daughter’s nails for a wedding. Very good attention to detail.

I really want to love this place but every time I go, my gel manicure chips after only 3 days. They give great service though just wished the manicures lasted longer.

I've been coming here for about a year now. They're professional and very accomodating too, I don't ever feel rushed even when they're super busy. I've been happy most times but disappointed in 2 instances. I find the service a bit inconsistent, some technicians are extra good and others are somehow careless. Last week my gel manicure wasn't the best: nails poorly prepared and polish applied on the skin around my nails and now lifting the polish on the actual nail + polish shipping faster than with a regular manicure. Rookie mistake if you ask me... It hasn't been a week yet and I am not washing dishes, cooking or anything. I left on vacation already and was hoping to keep it for a good 3 weeks like I usually do. Didn't listen at all. Rushed. Just did what ever will take her less time asked for a clean up or new set on one stained nail. She literally said it's OK while me telling her to stop and added on top of it. Up on paying we saw some uncolored nails took me back and added on top of it. Now color is chpping it's looks messy after 2days of getting it done. Very upset and charged me 50$ for a messy refill. Messy, tick , not smooth, ugly. Will never go back there.
