feel Beauty Supply

My daughter and I frequent Feel Beauty. Usually we go to the one on Gun Hill Rd but we decided to give this one a look see. One thing I’ve noticed is many are next to a Dollar Tree which is awesome. I must say, I thought this location was small. It’s a really nice sized store. It’s very clean and organized. I did notice the price on the L.A Girl Foundation was much higher than the Gun Hill store which makes me believe it’s a franchise. So, you may want to shop around to get lower prices. I really appreciated not being followed around the store. It was a comfortable feel. The hair selection was awesome too! Take a look at the photos.

I have been going to this Beauty supply store for years. I was a palled when I went in today to exchange some braiding hair that my daughter had purchased. My daughter didn’t need the additional braiding hair so I decided to exchange it for another color so I can use it. I didn’t have the receipt, but I did show the owner purchase on my phone via the credit I used. When I spoke to the owner in regards to the situation, she said it very disrespectfully the receipt the receipt, and was omitting everything that I was saying. She acted as if she didn’t wanna hear anything I was saying and then I brought up the fact that I’ve been going to you for years and the fact that you’re speaking to me in that manner was very upsetting. It didn’t bother me that she asked for receipt it was the tone she

Avoid at all cost ! Visited today and the experience was unsettling ! The Asian cashier saw a group of BLK woman in the store and started panicking , screaming for the employees to “ protect the wig department !” She kept screaming for employees to guard the door or look in the isles ! Very unprofessional !

Very well supplied beauty store and if they don't have it they can order it for you with pleasure. Ask for the lady because the man is very grumpy behind the register. He doesn't say thank you after your purchase also. I've also made numerous purchases here. Other than that the shelves are clean the floors are clean everything is always well placed and there's plenty of supply.

Do not recommend this beauty supply store. When I was on line waiting to pay, she was so kind to the other customers in front of me but when I came to the register she didn’t say anything to me just kept having a conversation with the other employee the whole time. When I told her “hello” she just ignored me and I told her a “thanks have a great night” she also ignored me. Don’t have a business if you don’t care about customers.
