Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I been having my hair cut regularly here and I really like my hairdresser Vicky, however, I have already been "bumped" 3 times and twice due to same customer pretty recently. First time I was told that the customer had a hard time scheduling a perm on line reason for having a much longer appointment, today the computer is doing funny things for allowing me to schedule last week when this client already had a perm scheduled since her last visit (really odd that it happened to be the same senior customer, I am a senior too) Each time I had to approach and ask if my appointment would be pushed back because I happened to see that the customer just getting rods placed on her hair less than 10 min before my appointment times. I would appreciate at the very least informed of the delay as soon

This place is amazing. They really care to give you exactly what you want and ask a lot of questions to perfect the style. I was worried that since I wanted a typical emo haircut, they may not be able to do it, but they did AMAZING. They got my dark brown hair very light without ANY damage or issues as well. The people there are all very friendly. I unfortunately forgot my stylists name, but she was very nice and did great!! They're also very affordable.

All I asked for was a straight across, one length cut. My hair is now uneven all over. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. So now, more length then what I initially had in the beginning is going to have to come off. Please don’t go here. You’re better off going to a cosmetology school. As someone who does hair, how could you possibly let someone walk out of your chair looking like this.

I have been coming to this place from last 6 yrs or more and always love their service. I have been using them for Color and Alexis has been phenomenal and takes utmost care. My kids have also got their haircut from Ashley. Even my mom and mother in law got their cut and color from her . I highly recommend FS Bolingbrook and Ashley!
