Exquisite Braids

I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and her place is located in a safe, comfortable neighborhood. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and was able to work perfectly with my short hair as I grow out my pixie cut. What impressed me most is how much she truly cares about her clients and healthy hair. My edges are still intact, and the braids look beautiful without feeling tight or uncomfortable. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. On top of all that, her pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend her services.

She’s a very sweet young lady and I will be returning! She was able to grab my short hair. I’m coming out of a pixie cut and most importantly my edges haven’t feel out! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable and cares about her clients and most important she cares that you have healthy hair!!! Last but not least she’s affordable.❤️❤️❤️

My appointment for small knotless braids was at 0730, I arrived at 0739. I let her know while I was in the uber, that I was making my way across town, as a courtesy, because I thought the grace period was 15 mins. Most business are 15 mins and factor that into their scheduling. She expressed to me that there would be a $20 charge because I would be straining her next appointment and sent her late policy. I said that is fine, I just won’t tip. This was her second install and I tipped her $20 the last time, which is what I do with every Braider I go to. For the same appointment last time, she took the full time (1000-0530) to complete my hair. Around 1230, I overheard her say that she only had two more rows while talking on the phone and requested to see a mirror. She became supper offended

She was such a delight and professional! She’s a very hard worker and you can tell she enjoys what she does! She was ready to work soon as I got there! Although I was getting a touch up it feels like my whole head was done! I give her two thumbs up!!! I will be returning again! She was able to grab my short pixie cut and she even grew my hair on the sides!❤️❤️

So, apparently the policy with this one is if you're more than 5 minutes late then your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is NOT returned (50% of the service cost). I was scheduled for 8:30am and arrived at her door (after finding parking on the sketchy street this place is on) at 8:37am. I wasn't willing to accept that grift so I asked to change the style and length. I was told she'd only do that if I paid an additional late fee. Because I have things to do, we continued. And even though she accepted this arrangement her attitude was crap. Alesia continued to speak to me in a tone of voice that was rude, unprofessional, and just unacceptable. One shouldn't even speak to their own child like that, let alone a paying customer who is changing their requests to suit you. Black women
