Evelyn Garcia Integrative Massage Therapy

I’ve been seeing Evelyn for over a year and this review is loooong overdue! Her massage therapy has changed my life and I am not in constant pain anymore. I was at the doctor every week for pain but haven’t seen them since I started therapy with her. Super professional and highly trained. I am a Veteran and she gives me first class service. I recommend her to everyone who is interested in adding massage therapy to their self care routine. FYI- you do have to confirm with her the day of the appointment so she can send you the code to get in the door!

She canceled on me the same day of my appointment. Texted me saying that I did not confirm the appointment earlier in the day via the text she sent me. I had confirmed the appointment days earlier though. Who forces clients to confirm the day of their appointment and then cancels them for not responding? I'm on vacation, that's why I confirmed days earlier when she asked me to. I don't sit by my phone awaiting confirmation requests via text. She could have called. Business must be booming, I guess. This massage joint is NOT recommended. There are other choices in Berkeley Springs WV. Very nice lady, but worst massage I ever had. Felt like she barely touched me, just some light nudging. Not sure what kind of technique she was using, but it didn't seem like there was any training behind it. Disappointed. Waste of money.
