Terrible service. I think there are different ways to communicate when a client isn’t facing the direction you want. You can’t be impatient or dismissive when it comes to being a hairdresser. Please have professional courtesy, and do better with your future clients!

Terrible service. They are very rough handed and do not know how what they’re doing are doing. They do not treat their clients with respect and have just a straight up bad attitude. The Prices are too much for how they treat customers and the quality of work they do. Do NOT come here.

The staff should treat clients with more care and respect, rather than being rough and dismissive. A little kindness and better communication would go a long way.

I usually get the same lady, but she was busy. The lady I got has HELLA HEAVY hands. You don’t need to put both hands on my head with force to turn my head a certain direction & brush roughly to my scalp. I’m never coming back here again.

I had a bad experience at Elena’s Beauty Salon due to poor service and unaddressed concerns. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
