Elegance Nail Spa

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The hygiene practices were concerning. They used what appeared to be a worn cleaning rag instead of a fresh towel, and tools and supplies were stored in a retail shopping basket rather than sanitary containers. The toe separators looked reused and were not individually packaged. In addition, I was asked to pay before the service was completed, and the pedicure itself was minimal and poorly done. Dry skin remained and very little actual foot care was performed. Cleanliness and sanitation are critical in nail salons, and unfortunately this place did not meet basic standards. I would not return.

Went in to get a fill and pedicure. Was going to a wedding. Jessica hooked me up. She is always funny and quick. She knew I was in a rush. She did a great job with the cat eye

I am extremely disappointed in my service here earlier. I have got my nails done in several states and countries and no one has EVER attempted to charge me $40 for a gel x nail removal. I have NEVER paid over $20 for a removal in my life for even longer nails. And that is maximum. They even asked me how to remove gel x which makes me seriously doubt their abilities. They filed down too far, left cuts on my hand, and then charged me over double the market price. I had come here previously for pedicures and enjoyed it but clearly this time they saw an opportunity to upcharge me because i was only getting a removal done. I would advise not coming here, as someone who again has been getting their nails done for years their actual technique is subpar and aggressive for the prices that they have

Strange experience while there, getting ready for a special occasion with one other person. They got several services done, and were given great service and exceptional promptness for each separate thing. My own manicure (one service only) unfortunately was not the same. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my nail tech to arrive, with no communication as to what was happening after someone asked what i wanted and got the color. I was sat next to the second party I was with and not told anything, at all. The person that asked what I wanted, and the color, sat in a massage chair and didnt say another word until my nail tech arrived. The color i had asked for 20 minutes prior turned out to be out of stock... okay thats fine. Second color was also out of stock... okay, but a bit disappointed. 3rd

I have been getting pedicures at Elegance Nail Spa for several years. I do not request a specific technician because all of them are amazing. Sometimes I schedule an appointment, and sometimes I am a walk-in, but it doesn’t matter because the service has always been great. Yesterday, I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:30. I called ahead this morning because I was going to be about five minutes late. When I arrived - 4 minutes late, to be exact - the receptionist told me to select my nail color and pick a chair, which I did. Unfortunately, 35 minutes later, there was still no technician available, so I put my shoes and socks back on and was getting out of the chair when a technician approached me and said she could do my pedicure.
