Had my hair cut and colored by Carlos (for **much** cheaper than other local salons, I may add). I had left over brassiness from a previous color job and wanted something more natural-looking. Carlos did a great job with my hair, both the color and the cut! Before he started doing anything, he asked me numerous times what exactly I wanted or if what he envisioned was okay with me. Then, throughout the entire process, he would check in with me to make sure I was doing okay and I was okay with what he was doing. I will give 0 if I could. The service is so bad and unprofessional. A ten year old kid is showing middle finger to people of color here and the stylists enjoy, laugh at this as if it is stand up comedy. The lady who did my hair gave me hair fall for a really long time after I visited this place. The tools were so abrasive and the usage was harsh. I kept saying gentle but no, the heat and the technique was so bad and unnecessarily hostile as if they don't want me to come back. Just say NO to appointments at this point instead of taking money and physically, mentally abusing customers.

Highly recommend this hair salon. Jose did a great job managing my thick and long hair. He was fast and accurate. The result is even better than the $$$ Japanese haircut place I've been to. The layers he did were beautiful!

So I decided to come try this place out to get platinum blonde hair, before I made the appointment the man said he knew how to do platinum blonde hair but when I arrived for my appointment he didn’t know what color was platinum blonde I had to pick, 2 days after my appointment my hair is yellow what a waste of $150. Never will return these people are not experienced with hair coloring.

Carlos and Jose are hands down the best barbers in the area. I've been going to these guys for about 6 years now and have not had a aingle bad hair day since. I would highly recommend you call in advance as they are generally too busy for walkins.
