I'm really unhappy with my pedicure. I specifically asked for a natural look and received a thick, uneven French tip that completely changed the shape and appearance of my nails. The lines were not straight, the polish was inconsistent, and the result looks nothing like the clean, natural pedicures I'm used to. I'm a loyal customer and I spend $150+ on my nails and toes every time I come, so I expect consistency and good service. Jena normally does my toes and they always come out nice, but today I let the third girl on the right do them. The shape was crooked, the French tip was uneven, and the overall look was not what I asked for. Walked in about 20 minutes ago and asked for a basic gel manicure. Was asked to be seated and wait, so I did as asked. Two people were completed and no one came to assist me, then about 20 minutes later, a lady came in and she was immediately seated. Which was my cue to leave because after seeing me sit and wait patiently, you deliberately skip over me. I will never return. Guys take care of themselves as well.
