Store is awesome, staff very helpful and prices are good. They do have almost everything for black girl hair/nail care. Even eye/lip liner choices.

The customer service was horrible!!! I simply asked about their return policy and the worker at the cashier, an Asian male stated "exchange only" in a very nasty tone. I expressed that their policy is not consumer friendly as that is making someone purchase an item regardless if there is a need for it. He continued to say well it's not his policy, it's the owners policy and they don't care so there is no need to talk about it. I told him as an employee he can advocate for the customers on their behalf, which can possibly bring change. He told me I'm talking too much and that he doesn't care either! I told him he should care as his job relies in their customers so my opinion matters! I will not patronize this store again! They are making millions of dollars off a community of people that th

The lady at the cashier is sooo rude. She’s disgusting and they follow u around like a criminal. never coming back.

I got a kinky human hair from them and it say ms 16 inches however the inches is shorter. Upon return they say i have to do exchange instead of return. Their item i even more expensive generally.

Every time I shop at this store, I feel like I’m being watched, as if I’m suspected of stealing. Over the years, this has only gotten worse, and it’s uncomfortable and unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not suspicion. Honestly, This business thrives because of customers like me, yet we are constantly treated with suspicion.
