De La Sierra Barbershop

Called once- set an appointment & got an awesome haircut from Henry. Even gave him a 50% tip. Called today to set a second appointment and just got hung up on the moment I said "Good Afternoon." The only words the guy on the other end of the line said was the name of the store. If the guy answering the phone doesn't speak English that is totally acceptable; what's not acceptable is hanging up in the customer's face without saying a word. If he would have just said he doesn't speak English I would have switch to Spanish. And I know he hung up on me for speaking English because I called back for an explanation. But after this bizarre experience I am just going to take my money else where.

Best barbershop in Oakland.You have to book an appointment,there is no walk-ins.Benicio,David,and Ivan make you feel at home.Wouldnt let anybody else cut my hair other than Ivan.
