Crystal Nails

They have their good days and bad days like anyone else. They treat you with respect and acknowledge you as you come in, which I can really appreciate. I really wish they would implement the skill of building the apex of the nail to give it a more natural look. Not perfect, but cool for the occasion.

Here's what I asked for, and what I got. That should be enough reason to NEVER COME HERE! First, I asked her to redo the lines and she just went over them exactly, and did nothing to fix them. This is NOT acceptable for a professional, especially with what yall charge. Second, I saw that the quality was just awful and asked her to just do black rather than the stripes so I wasn't leaving looking crazy, and she just kept trying to explain why she couldn't do that. This was supposed to be a fun day with my mom and sister, but I can't believe my mom had to pay for this. Not to mention, they cut my sister's finger and then blamed her for it. Do not waste your time or money.

Terrible..if I wasn’t in a rush and would have noticed this when I was there I would have said something. Got a pedicure and still have dead skin. $55 and this is. 5 minutes later

You just lost a client of years. Tah was extremely rude over me asking her a simple request to file my nails a little more to the shape I wanted them. I ended up with nails that were all different sizes and shapes. I was very kind to her throughout the whole interaction and all I got from her was rudeness. The clients are paying a lot of money $120 (you guys are overpriced) and the least you can do is what the clients want. You’re always commenting on how ugly the color or shape I choose is, like it’s my nails and my money let me have them whichever way I request!!!!!!

Now, one thing I don’t mind is paying for great service but this nail salon rips people off, , very rude, don’t greet at the door, never go to the guy who sits at chair 3 he is younger looking and his service is bad, he kicked me out the nail salon for trying to charge me 60 plus for a fill in. Previous I asked for a price book they didn’t have one , later I asked why 60 when the board said 40 , he proceeded to create his own prices and began to stumble over his words once he was caught in his lie. Do not spend your money here you can find phenomenal service else where .
