Myla did a phenomenal job! I’m absolutely obsessed with the nail art. I did a Luminary fill with Level 3 art, and it came out even better than I imagined. She’s so talented and detail-oriented, and my nails look flawless. I’ll definitely be back.

The inside was brand new, luxurious, and very clean. All of the employees that I interacted with were very friendly! They had a decent selection of polish colors/types, but not as many as your typical nail salon. Keisha was very nice, but unfortunately I did not have a great experience with her. My appointment began at 6:15p & I wasn’t done until after 8p. I came in and showed her the design I wanted (it was very simple) and she told me that she could do that. However, after several attempts she just gave up, and I was forced to just settle for a plain color, which was disappointing. I also noticed that she kept going on her phone every 5 minutes to text. They greeted me like royalty and even offered me a beverage (I mean, who doesn’t love being pampered with a drink in hand while getting your nails done?). The whole atmosphere is calm, classy, and smells faintly of success and lavender. The staff? Absolute pros. Not only are they skilled, but they’re genuinely warm and welcoming. One of my Christmas gifts was an appointment at Statement and I wasn't familiar with the location but was happy to see the services that were booked for me. So this is me coming in completely blind with no expectations, I didn't even read reviews ahead of time. The overwhelming amount of 5 stars is exactly right! I walked in and immediately thought of how nice it looked even in the entry. Was greeted by very pleasant people at the front desk, confirmed my appointment, and they offered a variety of hot and cold beverages. Everyone looked very neat and professional. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I got a gel-x set from Aliks and she took her time and really made sure they looked perfect. The manager gabby was also amazing, offering a coffee or other drink right when I walked in the door. Everyone here does go over and beyond !
