The cryotherapy equipment, infrared sauna, and Normatech compression therapy have become crucial elements of my fitness and wellness team and there is no better spot for these great amenities. Terri and the entire staff are so kind and helpful and always make clients feel like family. The staff helps people to make the right decisions and they provide elite instruction. I saw an ad on Facebook, offering a discount on their coolsculpting cryo skin services. I was able to book easily. I even had to reschedule my appointment, which was also very easy to do. The staff is very caring and kind. I've never gotten any procedures done, so I was a little nervous. Terri was absolutely amazing, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She acknowledged that I'm young and don't need more than one treatment, which I appreciated. The experience of doing the cryo skin was painless and fast. Not to mention affordable and non-invasive. Would definitely recommend this place to others

I tried NormaTec, very therapeutic way of mobilizing limb fluid, swelling/pain, with a pulsating massage. Very nice people and clean atmosphere.

This place is amazing. I've noticed that I'm able to move much more smoothly, my workouts are more comfortable and Terri's staff are very professional and friendly. I pray this establishment continues to bring in more clients and blossoms into 2024. 👍🏼 CL

I give North Coast Cryo five stars. Terry was magnificent she explained the Cryoskin process with me . What happens during this procedure. Terry answered all questions I had concerns about. From the time I walked through the front door it was very pleasant and clean.
