Hello, I love this medspa. She is so kind I have a huge phobia of needles, and so does my sister. Debra walked us through the entire process and it was such an amazing process. She told me everything how it was, I felt so safe. This is my second time coming back, and I am planning on coming back. My lips look amazing and so natural. She did exactly what I wanted. and she sat with me for so long after giving me all the follow up care instructions. I will definitely be coming here and I recommend Debra to all my friends.

I use to go to a plastic surgeon for my services, but started coming here about year and half ago. I will never go any place different! They're place is clean, relaxing, and the ladies are amazing, laid back and listen to the goals you want to achieve! My skin and lips have never looked better! Plus their prices are the best I've seen. Side note...MUST try the new glow facial!!😉

I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with my results from Cleveland Primecare Medspa. The results are undeniable. But outside of the results, Dee is an amazing practitioner. My first time trying injections - I was SOOOO NERVOUS. She kept me calm and was comforting the entire time. She reassured me nothing would go wrong. She didn’t have to go out of her way to show me this kindness, but she did. There was seamless transparency throughout the whole process as well. Even my (what I deemed to be) silliest questions were answered with respect and genuine guidance. 2000/10. I will return for a lifetime.

I was so nervous about laser hair removal and worried that it would hurt a lot, but it was almost completely painless and the results are amazing! I have really dark and thick hair that's resistant to waxing and prone to ingrowns, so this was the perfect solution! They are also so kind and professional here! Loved each experience!
