Creative Nails & Spa (Millbury)

I used to like this salon. Today’s date: February 1,2026, I called to make appointment for acrylics put on . They Hung up on me 4x’s. I had my husband call and, they (HOA)-Mgr- said, oh her phone hung up! My husband was sitting right next to me!!!!! This is poor behavior and management,as far as I’m concerned. I’m a paying customer and I’ve always been very happy and loyal customer who tipped excellent!!! I asked for the Owners name and HOA, said, I can’t disclose that information! Trust me, I’ll do my best, as a professional myself, find out!!!!

Came here for a gel color change. The technician did not have to change the shape of my nails.. just remove previous gel and about 6 tiny rhinestones using a clippers. New color was just color no design. So I had a basic color change and was charged 35$. This is so insane.. and the color is bad. The technician did not know how to apply nail polish correctly and used multiple thin layers… left brush strokes and you can see this in the image. So unhappy with this service and so over priced. Steer clear, over priced for terrible service

I can no longer leave a positive review for this location. I now know why the rest in the area require appointments and this one is always empty. The lady doing my pedicure today tore my toes open with the foot file so badly that there was blood all over the towel. She just said "sorry" and kept going. The massage was so hard I kept wincing and pulling back but she wasn't getting the hint. They also sat me in one of the last chairs which are the very old ones and the massager would randomly just stop every 30 seconds and I had to keep turning it off and back on. I just lost 2 close family members and I desperately needed a relaxing moment to myself and this was painful and uncomfortable. I assumed she might give me some kind of discount or a free pedicure in the future based on how horrif

Lina is absolutely AMAZING! She is so nice and is always so happy and always laughing. She is the only girl I will go to for my nails! She smashes it every single time I go!

Lena is absolutely amazing! I asked for something “Hawaii” for my upcoming trip and she didn’t disappoint, my toes even match. I highly recommend her, she is a rock star!!!
