Not only did I show up a half hour late which I was so upset about they still accommodated me and did what I asked and took their time an attention to detail thanks for understanding, also they pay attention to detail an do not rush. This is my second time going to city Nails and I’ve been to a lot of nail places in the capital District and all I have to say is they are the best. See you guys in 3 wks Kaila <3

I am extremely happy with my experience at City Nail and Spa. The staff was amazing. Very kind, patient, meticulous, and gentle. The Spa is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They also have a large range of colors. I came in with acrylic nails already on, I received a fill + color change. The salon I previously went to, made my nails uneven and flawed. City Nail and Spa was attentive and corrected the others' mistake. I love the shape and color of my nails.

I went in for a manicure recently and the young girl put my hands in a blue solution. Well it didnt wash off! She tried many methods asking her co workers. It took a half hr longer this just get the blue off my fingers. They didnt charge me but i wont go back. The girl was inexperienced.. it took almost 2 hrs for a manicure!

I had an awful experience during my first visit to this nail salon and felt compelled to share. While the woman who initially greeted me and did my ANC nails was polite and friendly, things went downhill fast once I was passed over to a man for my pedicure. Despite politely asking him multiple times not to use the machine to file my nails because it damages them he continued to do so anyway. I also noticed he wasn’t pushing back my cuticles properly, and when I brought it up, instead of addressing it professionally, he gave me an attitude and made excuses. The pedicure massage was also poorly done, and I ended up asking him to just stop because I couldn’t deal with his dismissive and disrespectful behavior any longer. At that point, I’d had enough and decided to leave. They still charged m
